  • Reliability and speed
    • Our ‘full fibre’ only model means that the latency you may have grown accustomed to, due to copper line-based bottlenecks in your Internet infrastructure, will be just a distant memory once you subscribe to Carnival Internet. We understand that Internet users prioritise a broadband provider that delivers a consistent, high-speed connection, especially for activities like streaming, online gaming, and remote work.
  • A focus on customer centricity
    • It can be really confusing, complicated, laborious and hard to buy from the big, established companies. We have gone out of our way at Carnival Internet to make the purchase journey an entirely digital experience, and as frictionless as possible. But of course, we are always available at the end of the ‘phone if you really need us… With your previous ISP, when you have needed to get some assistance, you may well have had an experience akin to pulling teeth… long wait times, slow to respond - overall poor customer service. Communication can be terrible as well – not keeping you informed when something is happening or needs doing. The biggest 4 providers in the market have some of the worst reviews on Trustpilot today…just saying… At Carnival Internet, our sentiment is that truly excellent customer service is crucial. We are looking at things inside out, thinking of ourselves as the former customers of other ISPs, listing out all our bugbears, then working backwards to fix them as we present Carnival Internet to the world. We therefore know that consumers (like us) value prompt and effective support when facing issues or needing assistance with their broadband service. So that is what we provide.
  • Pricing, lack of transparency and punishing loyalty
    • Hidden, unexpected or unexplained fees and price increases make Carnival Internet angry. So angry in fact, that we decided to start our own Internet provider that doesn’t do this We felt slighted – our loyalty to our old ISPs was essentially being punished – the longer we stayed with them, the more they took the p*ss. We, with our consumer hat on, collectively decided that we would appreciate a provider with straightforward pricing, no hidden fees, and competitive packages that offer value for money for the level of service. So we decided to become this provider. We won’t raise your prices every year or when your initial package comes to end and all our customers – both new and existing, will always pay the same price. By the way, don’t get us started on the recent spate of mid-contract price rises – what with the cost-of-living issues over recent years, the practice of annually increasing customers prices every April 1st really got our goat. So we decided not to do this…

    • It can be confusing and time consuming to purchase Internet services, then setting up new devices, especially making sure that they’re in the right place and changing over lots of passwords. Obvious to say, but we think you might prefer hassle-free setups and intuitive platforms. So we decided to keep everything simple, easy, transparent and super clear.
